Peptide Reconstitution Calculator
Calculate solution concentration and sample volume for laboratory research.
The reconstitution formula Concentration (mcg/mL) = peptide amount (mg) × 1000 ÷ water volume (mL). Sample volume (mL) = target sample amount (mcg) ÷ concentration.
A worked example 5 mg in 2 mL gives 2,500 mcg/mL. A 250 mcg laboratory sample requires 0.1 mL, equivalent to 10 units on a U-100 scale.
For laboratory research only. These calculations are not a dosing recommendation.
