CertaPeptides is a research-peptide reseller, not a manufacturer, and does not run an in-house lab. Product pages show a class-level specification where one is on record; it applies to the product class, not to one lot. Selected lots are independently tested, for example by Janoshik Analytical (Czech Republic); each published report shows the results the issuing lab measured and is searchable at /verify by batch or report code.

We ship to 26 EU member states plus Switzerland and the United Kingdom — 28 destinations in total. Free standard shipping on orders over €200. Delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout once your country is selected.

We accept manual SEPA bank transfer to our IBAN and, where checkout offers it for your address, instant SEPA transfer via Paysera's hosted online-banking page: you log into your own bank, and Paysera handles the transfer securely. Each is zero-chargeback and low-fee. Card payments are not currently offered.

Delivery time depends on the destination — typically 1–2 business days within Romania, 3–7 business days across most of the EU (GLS road network), and 8–14 business days for the rest of the EU and Switzerland. The UK and Ireland are served by DHL Express only, at 3–4 business days. Express is available for selected EU countries at 1–5 business days. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. The exact window for your country is shown at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over €200. The UK and Ireland ship by DHL Express only, with no free shipping. Standard rates start at €4.99 within Romania and range from €12.99 to €17.99 for the rest of the EU and non-EU markets. Express delivery via DHL is also available for most cross-border destinations. Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also view your order status and tracking information in your account dashboard.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box, inner packing, and any affected vials with labels legible. Confirmed transit damage is replaced at no additional cost.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been dispatched yet. Contact our support team immediately if you need to make changes.

Yes. We offer volume discounts for research institutions, universities, and labs ordering in larger quantities. Contact us at support@chinapeptideshop.com with your requirements for a custom quote.

For deliveries within the EU: no. Orders ship from Romania, so they move under the EU's free movement of goods — there is no customs clearance, no import inspection, and no import fees between EU countries. This is a key difference from ordering from UK or US suppliers, where parcels cross a customs border and can be held or seized. For non-EU destinations (UK, Switzerland), normal import rules apply and your local customs may charge import VAT plus a handling fee on delivery.

CertaPeptides is a reseller and does not test in-house. Selected lots are independently tested by Janoshik Analytical (Czech Republic). Endotoxin (LAL) and bioburden are available as add-on panels and appear on a report only when that lot was tested. Product pages show a class-level specification where one is on record. A lot's report, where we have published one, is searchable at /verify by batch or report code. Check each report for its result and stated method. For research purposes only.

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) records results for a specific lot. Not every lot has a published report, so check a specific batch by entering its code at /verify: it shows what CertaPeptides publishes for it and, for a withdrawn lot, the withdrawal and its reason. If the code finds nothing, email us that code. Check each report for its result and stated method. For research purposes only.

Yes. You can verify the authenticity of your COA by contacting us with the batch number, and we will confirm it against our records.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term storage or 2–8°C (refrigerator) for short-term use. Storage after reconstitution depends on the peptide: each product page gives it, with a use-within window where we publish one. Keep peptides away from light, heat, and moisture.

Use bacteriostatic water or sterile water for injection. Add the solvent slowly along the vial wall — do not shake or vortex. Let the peptide dissolve naturally (1–2 minutes). Due to the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery, your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may hold the refund until we receive the goods or you send proof of dispatch, whichever comes first. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the return is due to our error.

Email support@chinapeptideshop.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return. We confirm eligibility and send your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions — typically within 1 business day. Please don't ship anything back before you have an RMA.

If you received an incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent at no additional cost, along with a return label for the incorrect item.

While guest checkout may be available, we recommend creating an account for the best experience. An account lets you track orders, view order history, save addresses, access your COAs, and manage your referral program rewards.
